A man identified as Dorian 'N' was arrested and linked to the legal process after a video circulated showing how he entered the home of an elderly woman in the Azcapotzalco borough, under the pretext of helping her move her disabled son. The individual assaulted the 77-year-old woman and stole her belongings.

The detention of Dorian 'N' took place on Friday, May 2, by the Attorney General's Office of Mexico City. According to investigations, on April 28, the victim asked the man for help to move her disabled son between rooms in her home in the Trabajadores de Hierro neighborhood. At that moment, Dorian 'N' physically assaulted her, stole from her, and subsequently fled.

After identifying the aggressor, agents of the Investigation Police managed to capture him, and he was linked to the legal process on the night of Saturday, May 3, with the precautionary measure of preventive imprisonment imposed. According to the National Code of Criminal Procedure and the principle of the presumption of innocence, Dorian 'N' will be considered innocent until a guilty sentence is issued by the competent jurisdictional body.
