Rodrigo Herrera, a recognized entrepreneur from the Shark Tank program, recently revealed the foods that are part of his daily breakfast while fasting. During his participation as a judge on the show, Herrera expressed interest in supporting entrepreneurs with proposals for healthy foods, avoiding those with added or processed sugars.

In his morning breakfast, Rodrigo includes fish cooked with olive oil and different spices, accompanied by broccoli and cauliflower. The entrepreneur highlighted: 'I have fish for breakfast every day, about 350 grams of cauliflower, 200 grams of broccoli, around 300 grams of fish, with a little olive oil and studied spices that help your immune system, every day as my first food, always the same.'

The foods that are part of his fasting breakfast are: 300 grams of fish, 200 grams of broccoli, 350 grams of cauliflower, olive oil, and spices. In addition to detailing his breakfast, Rodrigo also shared information about his subsequent meals, such as his snack based on powdered collagen with red fruits and sweet potato.

For lunch, Herrera chooses to consume salmon with mushrooms and spices, adding a bit of macadamia and turmeric. For dinner, the entrepreneur varies his dishes according to his nutritional needs, prioritizing the portions of protein and fiber that his body requires.

Despite the popular belief that foods consumed while fasting offer benefits to the body, nutritionist Elizabeth Shaw dispels this idea. For healthy individuals without specific medical conditions, the order of food consumption does not significantly influence nutrient absorption, as the expert explained in an interview for Eating Well.
