The entertainment presenter Linet Puente has revealed on the show "Ventaneando" that she has experienced health issues related to blood pressure, which led her to undergo various medical tests to determine the cause of her discomfort. Linet explained during the live transmission that she has had an MRI, laboratory tests, an echocardiogram, and a Holter monitor to monitor her heart rhythm.
In her own words, Linet commented: "I have not felt very well for several months, and if you follow me on social media, you must have seen it; my blood pressure drops a lot. We have had to keep calling people here to help me take my blood pressure." The 42-year-old presenter also shared an incident where she felt unwell while talking to her son Noah.
The Holter monitor is a portable device designed to record heart rhythm for 1 or 2 days to detect arrhythmias, especially when a conventional electrocardiogram is insufficient. Linet has been seen wearing this device during her appearances on "Ventaneando" to monitor her health status. This device is placed on the chest with adhesive patches the size of a large coin and does not cause discomfort, being easily concealed under clothing.
In Linet Puente's case, the Holter monitor is crucial for monitoring her blood pressure and heart rhythm, as she has experienced episodes of low blood pressure. The journalist has thanked her followers for their concern and promised to keep them informed about her health situation while she continues the necessary studies.
