In the morning, a cold to cool environment is expected in high areas of the State of Mexico and mild in the rest of the region, changing to warm in the afternoon with the possibility of rains and showers in Mexico City and heavy rains in the State of Mexico.
The rain forecast indicates that there will be intense precipitation in Nuevo León and Tamaulipas, very strong in Coahuila, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Hidalgo, Puebla, and Veracruz, strong in Guanajuato, State of Mexico, and Tlaxcala, showers in Chihuahua, Mexico City, Morelos, Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Chiapas, and isolated rains in Durango, Zacatecas, Michoacán, and Quintana Roo.

During the night of Wednesday, heavy rains are expected in Tlaxcala, Puebla, Veracruz, and Chiapas, showers in the State of Mexico, Hidalgo, and Oaxaca, and isolated rains in Guanajuato, Querétaro, Mexico City, Morelos, and Guerrero.
