The Secretariat of Anti-Corruption and Good Government announced the delivery of the 'Recognition of Integrity and Public Service 2025', a distinction that in this edition was awarded to the National Commission for Mental Health and Addictions (CONASAMA). This recognition was given for the integral, ethical, and committed performance of two public servants whose work has significantly contributed to strengthening public management. Dr. Lucía Amelia Ledesma Torres, General Director of Mental Health and Addictions Policies, was recognized as the winner in Category A, which is for public servants who had outstandingly integral performance or carried out one or more actions with these characteristics in the performance of their duties during 2025. Jorge Alejandro Tenorio Bello, a collaborator in the office of the Head of CONASAMA, was also honored. This double recognition not only distinguishes the individual career and performance of Dr. Ledesma and Lic. Tenorio but also reaffirms the institutional commitment of CONASAMA to integrity, administrative excellence, and public service—essential elements for strengthening citizen trust in government institutions and consolidating a public management oriented toward collective well-being.
