They explained that this decision was related to Natalia's health condition. "We wanted to provide this explanation so that people would understand the background of the situation and the care we are taking with Natalia's health," they stated. According to Arnold, the singer has been diagnosed with prediabetes for several months. These complications, he clarified, are caused not only by prediabetes but also by her demanding work schedule, tours, and the lack of healthy food options, which worsens her health. He also mentioned that Natalia had previously suffered from dehydration, leading to a hospital stay and an overnight observation. "On the day Natalia was scheduled to perform a duet with her friend Chetes, she was not feeling well," Arnold explained. Nevertheless, she had another commitment that required them to travel to Puebla. The singer thanked her followers for their support and invited the public to join her on her upcoming tour.
