The Federal Government Program "Health House by House" in Nuevo León is seeking 635 health professionals, including doctors and nurses. Just one day after the call was opened, 71 of them have already registered. Genaro Rodríguez Teniente, delegate of Welfare in the entity, reported that since October 7, more than 500 national servers have visited 10,490 beneficiaries of the pensions for the Welfare of older adults and people with disabilities, who have been given a health questionnaire.
Rodríguez Teniente emphasized the importance of national servers conducting surveys with beneficiaries, as otherwise they will not be able to access the benefits of Health House by House. Although some beneficiaries may not be present or may have distrust, their participation is requested, as it is essential for the census.
The requirements to participate include having a Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or other health areas, presenting a valid official identification, having a CURP, proof of the highest level of education, and completing a hiring application form. Applications will be received from October 21 to November 15 at the welfare modules.
The hired health professionals will have an estimated salary of 16,000 pesos net. Their work will not only include examining patients but also managing the medication schedule and possibly prescribing medications if necessary.
In the near future, it is expected to contact health and educational institutions to disseminate the call among recent graduates in health-related fields with professional licenses. The goal is to meet the demand for health professionals throughout the state, ensuring that beneficiaries receive the necessary care in their homes.
