During the afternoon of Thursday, October 24, failures were reported in Izzi Telecom services affecting hundreds of users, primarily with Internet connection problems. According to Downdetector, the fluctuations started around 2:30 PM and intensified from 6:30 PM. Most reports mention complications with Internet service, followed by a smaller percentage indicating a blackout in services and another group reporting difficulties with television.

The main cities impacted by Izzi's failures include Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Guadalajara, Chihuahua, Monterrey, Colima, and Mérida, suggesting that the issue may be national. So far, Izzi has not issued any statement regarding these failures, although it has urged its customers to report any inconvenience via social media. In light of the situation, users are encouraged to contact the company to resolve issues with Internet, television, or telephone connections.

Regarding the procedure for reporting a service failure at Izzi, the recommendation is to do so through the company's Facebook page. Upon accessing the profile, the user can send a message detailing their situation so that Izzi can follow up and provide a solution. In cases of more severe issues, the company commits to sending specialized technicians to resolve the problem.

At the same time, inconveniences were also reported in Totalplay's service, with approximately 1,700 users reporting Internet connection problems. The most affected areas by these fluctuations were Mexico City, Jalisco, and Nuevo León. Totalplay expressed its willingness to assist users through its messaging platform.
