Exclusively with Publimetro, the host of 'Grafos y Gestos', Maryfer Centeno, confirmed that she has reported the doctor for threats and revealed that she is not the only one who has filed a complaint against him. Centeno stated that the doctor referred to her in a video posted on Sunday and that the initial hearing for her complaint will take place on November 28.

After the topic went viral on social media, the doctor attacked Centeno in a tweet, calling her a "quack" and accusing her of trying to play the victim. In response, Centeno revealed that she has filed a complaint for violence against him at the CDMX Prosecutor's Office and that the initial hearing will be in late November.

On the other hand, it was hinted on social media that another person, and not Marylyn Cote, had reported the doctor, to which he confirmed that it is indeed another person. The complaint against him includes charges of threats and digital violence and will be seen in court on November 28.

Centeno stated that she has received threats in videos posted by the doctor on his YouTube channel, and that despite having protection measures, he has not complied with them. Furthermore, the doctor did not directly mention Centeno in his statements but pointed out that soon the identity of the person who reported him would be known.

Additionally, Centeno denied having leaked the complaint and assured that the doctor was the one who made the case public. She revealed that there are at least two more complaints against him for violence and digital violence, but each process will be handled separately. The handwriting expert seeks comprehensive reparation for the damage through her complaint.
