In an interview with Jessie Cervantes, Barrera revealed that an important producer contacted him to inform him about alleged intentions of Danna Vázquez to harm him. The producer indicated that Vázquez was looking for ways to harm Barrera after the public exposure of alleged fraud in the mentioned show.
For her part, Danna Vázquez has vehemently denied having any intentions of taking revenge against anyone. In a statement, the publicist asserted that the accusations against her are false and made herself available to clarify the situation and prove her innocence. Vázquez also expressed her gratitude to Televisa, with whom she has collaborated on various projects throughout her career.
In the context of this controversy, Barrera clarified that TVyNovelas did not intend to directly point to Danna as responsible for leaks related to the television program in question, but that the information was focused on the latest edition of 'Who is the Mask?' and the people involved in the alleged leak case.
