The renowned Spanish rock singer León Larregui has joined the controversy surrounding the immigration policies of the President of the United States regarding Latinos. Larregui, known for being the vocalist of the band Zoé, has expressed his disagreement with the mass deportations to Mexico and other Latin American countries, as well as with the xenophobic comments directed toward migrants.

Through his Twitter account, the performer of hits like ‘Brillas’ has strongly manifested his rejection of the Trump administration and has launched a proposal addressed to the President of Mexico that has generated various reactions among social media users. Among his posts, Larregui has shared tweets informing about Donald Trump's policies, as well as memes and criticisms toward the U.S. president.

In one of his most controversial posts, León Larregui sarcastically proposed the creation of specific visas for American citizens, generating both support and criticism from Twitter users. Despite the controversy, it was confirmed that the statements came from the artist and it is not a case of identity theft on the social network.
