'Fofo' Márquez, the influencer, was found guilty of attempted femicide, revealing a life full of luxuries before the incident with his victim Edith 'N'. After the death of his father in 2022, 'Fofo' ventured into the business world and stepped back from social media. He started with advertising projects and gas stations, later opening 'Hunchies', a hamburger restaurant in the State of Mexico.

The restaurant 'Hunchies' opened its doors on March 1, 2023, offering hamburgers, fries, and drinks. In a YouTube video, 'Fofo' showcased the facilities and the menu, which included options like the 'Hunchis Burger' and 'French Fries'. The place had two branches in the State of Mexico before 'Fofo' faced legal troubles for assault.

In February 2024, 'Fofo' assaulted a woman, resulting in his detention and subsequent preventive imprisonment. In May, the 'Hunchies' branch in Shopping Plaza, Lomas Verdes temporarily closed, and both locations ultimately shut down permanently. It is unknown if 'Fofo's' family will resume the business, as his future remains uncertain with a sentence of 17 and a half years in prison.

'Despite 'Fofo' Márquez's legal situation, his brother 'Ro' is planning an appeal following an incident in prison that led to his transfer to another penitentiary. Activist Saskia Niño de Rivera has also addressed the controversy surrounding this issue.'
