The Chiapaneco influencer Yudiel “N”, known as “El Coyote Consentido” or “Ronaldfranco”, was sentenced to a total of 119 years, 9 months, and 10 days in prison for crimes including human trafficking, child exploitation, child pornography, and aggravated sexual assault against a minor.
The Judiciary Power of the State of Chiapas issued a conviction sentence of 67 years and six months in prison for the crime of Human Trafficking in its modality of sexual exploitation through the dissemination of child pornography. The investigation originated from a report by the FBI of the United States. Yudiel “N” operated under the alias “RONALD Franco” using the TOR network to disseminate material containing child sexual abuse since at least 2011.
The sentence also includes the payment of damages, the amount of which was not disclosed. The influencer is incarcerated in the “El Canelo” prison in Chiapa de Corzo and maintained telephone communication to disclose his situation, although he recently claimed he would not be able to continue due to restrictions.
In January 2023, Yudiel was sentenced to 23 years, 9 months, and 15 days in prison for human trafficking and child pornography. In November 2023, he received a sentence of 28 years and six months in prison for equivalent and aggravated rape against a minor victim in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas.
The judicial process was supported by the FBI of the United States, as well as by the Police of Australia, who collaborated in the collection and analysis of evidence. The influencer has been accused of disseminating child pornography through the dark web, triggering an international investigation involving security agencies from various countries.
The official page of El Coyote Con Sentido has reported that Yudiel “N” has suffered a violation of his freedom of expression and considers the entire situation as a “political and legal persecution” against him.
