Federal and Mexico City security elements carried out the arrest of Abner 'N', also known as 'El Pedo Sucio' or 'El Traumado', in the Venustiano Carranza borough. Abner 'N' is identified as the leader and founder of a criminal group operating in Acapulco, Guerrero, and has been considered one of the main generators of violence in that port.
The operation involved various institutions, such as the Secretariat of National Defense, the Secretariat of the Navy, the Attorney General's Office of the Republic, the National Guard, the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection, the Attorney General's Office of Justice, the Secretariat of Citizen Security of Mexico City, and the Attorney General's Office of the State of Guerrero.
Abner 'N' had violated a precautionary measure of home detainment ordered by a Control Judge in Guerrero, as revealed by the conducted investigation. After intelligence work, he was located in the Venustiano Carranza borough of Mexico City, where he was finally arrested on Cerámica Street.
After confirming his identity, re-arrest warrants were executed against him for crimes related to possession for commercial purposes and qualified homicide against a man in Acapulco. Abner 'N' was informed of the reasons for his detention, his constitutional rights were read to him, and he was subsequently placed at the disposal of the corresponding Control Judge.
