An investigation conducted by journalist María Idalia Gómez and published in Aristegui Noticias has revealed alleged corruption in the bidding process for the acquisition of communication radios intended for the National Guard. Following this publication, Mariana Rodríguez Flores, legal director of the company Jomtel Telecomunicaciones S.A. de C.V., issued a letter of response, which we present below:

She asserts that Jomtel Telecomunicaciones complied with all the legal and technical requirements demanded in the bidding process, thereby denying any irregularity in the process.
The legal director highlights the company’s commitment to transparency and legality in all its operations, categorically rejecting the accusations of corruption. She also emphasizes the importance of respecting the reputation of Jomtel Telecomunicaciones and its collaborators, requesting a correction from Aristegui Noticias.
Finally, Mariana Rodríguez Flores expresses her willingness to collaborate with the competent authorities to clarify any doubts or allegations surrounding the bidding process for communication radios for the National Guard.
