Following this publication, Mariana Rodríguez Flores, legal director of the company Jomtel Telecomunicaciones S.A. de C.V., issued a letter of response, which we present below:

She also emphasizes the importance of respecting the reputation of Jomtel Telecomunicaciones and its collaborators, requesting a correction from Aristegui Noticias.
Finally, Mariana Rodríguez Flores expresses her willingness to collaborate with the competent authorities to clarify any doubts or allegations surrounding the bidding process for communication radios for the National Guard.
