Following the unexpected death of Daniel Bisogno, questions have arisen about his will and the role his supposed romantic partner, Charly Moreno, might play, despite Bisogno always claiming that all his possessions were meant for his daughter Michaela. Bisogno had made it clear in his lifetime that his only heir would be Michaela, the result of his relationship with Cristina Riva Palacio. However, it is estimated that the inheritance of the famous presenter, valued at around 7 million dollars, could be in dispute due to the presence of Charly Moreno in his life.
In a conversation with Pati Chapoy, Bisogno had stated that his estate was exclusively intended for his daughter Michaela and to support his parents. Although there is no precise information about the value of his fortune, it is presumed to be considerable due to his years of career at TV Azteca and in theater. The possible inclusion of Charly Moreno as a beneficiary suggests an unexpected change in the situation.
According to Mexican laws, Charly Moreno could claim part of Daniel Bisogno's inheritance if he can prove that he maintained a cohabitation relationship with the presenter for at least two years and that he was economically dependent on him. However, this process would be complicated, costly, and would require solid evidence to support such a claim.
Cohabitation, legally speaking, refers to a prolonged living arrangement between two people who share their lives similarly to a marriage but without formal recognition. If Charly Moreno can prove to the authorities that he meets these requirements, he could be considered a beneficiary of Bisogno's inheritance. However, it is important to highlight that the previously established will by the presenter, where Michaela was designated as the main heir, remains valid unless some document or evidence arises that contradicts its original provisions.
