The lawsuit filed by Gabriel Soto and Irina Baeva against Laura Bozzo has received a new resolution. At the beginning of the year, Laura was ordered to pay a sum of 2 million pesos for moral damages after insulting the Russian actress on the show 'El Gordo y la Flaca' on Univisión. However, Laura appealed the ruling, and now the new measure taken by the authorities in her case has been revealed.
The judge has ordered Laura Bozzo to present her account statements as part of the process. Laura informed through her Twitter account that she would appeal the ruling before participating in 'La Casa de los Famosos All Stars'. The judge has suspended the reparatory amount of 2 million pesos that had been ordered to be paid, now requiring her to present her account statements so that, based on her income, he can determine the amount she will have to pay.
According to Gustavo Herrera, attorney for Gabriel and Irina, they will request even the bank statements of accounts abroad, in addition to asking the television networks where Laura works to verify her salaries. The resolution of the case will be determined once Laura finishes her project on Telemundo or is eliminated, in order to comply with the judge's order. Laura will have to present her income in the process, based on which the amount of 2 million pesos could increase.
