Controversy Surrounding Daniel Bisogno's Memorial

Following the death of Daniel Bisogno, the way his partner Charly Moreno was treated during memorial services has raised questions. Many believe Pati Chapoy may have influenced the media's focus on other attendees instead of Bisogno's partner.

Controversy Surrounding Daniel Bisogno's Memorial

Last Thursday, February 20, Mexico was struck by the news of the death of Daniel Bisogno at the age of 51 due to complications from a liver transplant performed in September 2024. Since then, the host had been struggling for his health, being hospitalized multiple times.

Following his passing, several tributes were held in his honor, where the words of colleagues, friends, and family were highlighted. However, one detail that caught attention was the absence of mentions of Charly Moreno, who is said to be Bisogno's last romantic partner.

Despite interviews with various people close to Daniel Bisogno, such as Pati Chapoy, ex-wife, partners, and René Franco, the partner was not addressed by the media during these commemorative events. This omission led to speculation about possible instructions from Chapoy to exclude Moreno from the tributes.

Internet users expressed their surprise and questioned whether the situation would be different if it had been a heterosexual couple. Charly Moreno, for his part, said goodbye to the host through his social media with an emotional message, where he expressed: "My heart needs to accept what my mind already knows."

Despite Charly Moreno's alleged absence from the tributes to Daniel Bisogno, a subsequently leaked photograph later showed him present in the front row during one of the events. From this situation, it was suggested that Pati Chapoy may have influenced the decision not to include him in the tributes, generating even more speculation surrounding this situation.
