The President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, expressed her admiration for "unprecedented positive results" in the fight against corruption in the country on Thursday. She noted that this progress was made possible due to joint efforts aimed at achieving transparency and integrity in all areas of public service.
According to the president, Mexico will continue to fight for the strengthening of the rule of law and the creation of institutional conditions that ensure a fair and equal society for all citizens. In her speech, she also emphasized the importance of public support and active citizen participation in the process of the country’s development.
"In addition, the administration is working on strengthening control over the finances of state authorities and reducing bureaucracy with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the activities of government agencies," emphasized Mrs. Sheinbaum.
The president concluded her speech by stating that Mexico has changed and will continue to move forward to ensure a better future for its citizens.
