During the visits to different neighborhoods, Clara Brugada announced the installation of a Government House in the area to address issues such as flooding or lack of water more quickly, among others. The ideologists of this strategy are Tomás Pliego, Secretary of Citizen Participation, and Ángel Sánchez, his deputy, central figures of the capital administration.

So far, 37,587 citizen requests have been received, of which 77% have already been addressed. This Thursday, Clara Brugada visited Milpa Alta, where she met with Mayor Octavio Rivero to coordinate plans for justice in the area. The Head of Government is working to decentralize central administration by installing state agencies in the boroughs.

Works will be carried out in Villa Milpa Alta, San Francisco Tecoxpa, and San Antonio Tecómitl to effectively connect with Tláhuac. These initiatives are part of the "House by House" program that Brugada conducts weekly in the neighborhoods of the 16 boroughs. Infrastructure such as cranes, trucks, and a helicopter will also be acquired to improve citizen attention.

The implementation of the Cablebus in Milpa Alta is highlighted in the coming months, with three stations that will reduce travel times for the local population. The main objective of the Head of Government is to decentralize public administration among the boroughs and strengthen the state structure.

"We want the indigenous peoples of the periphery to have the same rights and services as any other part of the city," said Clara Brugada. The purpose is to establish a closer and more fluid link with the population, avoiding displacements to the city center to resolve problems or demands.
