The President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum, stated on Sunday that dialogue and respect should prevail in the temporary suspension of rice production. This came after a controversial cartoon was published last month in one of the Mexican newspapers.
"We can solve all problems, as well as discussions and disagreements through dialogue, respect, and reflections on the positions of others," Sheinbaum said at the press conference.
