Aleska Génesis was eliminated from "La Casa de los Famosos All Stars" in the last gala, having been the least voted participant of the night and facing expulsion alongside Lupillo Rivera, Luca, Caramelo, and Paty Navidad. However, following her departure from the program, a controversy arose regarding a possible arrest by the police in Mexico.
The entertainment journalist, Javier Ceriani, revealed through his Instagram stories that the authorities arrived at the Endemol studios in search of Aleska Génesis. Ceriani mentioned in a video that the authorities from the Prosecutor's Office showed up on set to arrest the Venezuelan model or to deliver an urgent citation, due to an arrest warrant in Mexico related to the alleged theft of some watches.
Ceriani shared an exclusive video in which authorities are seen speaking with Aleska and notifying her that she will be detained, while a woman asks where she will be taken. According to the journalist's report, the model would be transferred to the Santa Martha Acatitla prison.
Despite the lawyer Guillermo Pous attending to the influencer, as her injunction had expired on the same day of her elimination from the program, Aleska's legal situation seems to be complicating. So far, the television program has not issued any statement regarding this.
