The Venezuelan model Aleska Génesis was arrested after being expelled from ‘La Casa de los Famosos All Stars’. Authorities from the State of Mexico awaited the model’s exit to transfer her to the medical examiner and then to the women's prison of Santa Martha, where they say she will spend several months until her case is clarified. Amid the scandal over the leaked images and videos of the events, her sister Michell Roxana made a public complaint and pointed out the irregularities in the case.
Aleska Génesis is facing justice, as on the night of March 10, authorities from the State of Mexico intercepted her as she left ‘La Casa de los Famosos México’, a reality show from which she was expelled due to viewer votes. Consequently, the images of her detention went viral on social media. Journalist Carlos Jiménez, known for his sensational news, disseminated videos and photographs of the incident and asserted that Aleska Génesis was transferred to the women's prison of Santa Martha following an arrest warrant for theft.
The X account known as ‘La Tía Sandra’ revealed that both Telemundo and Endemol dissociated themselves from the events and will seek those responsible for spreading the images, including Javier Ceriani, who allegedly shared the material illegally. This publication received countless comments from users questioning the veracity of the event, as they asked whether the police already knew that the Venezuelan was going to leave the reality show that day.
Furthermore, Michell Roxana, Aleska's sister, turned to her social media to make a public complaint against Francisco Javier Rodríguez Borjo “author of all the false cases,” as she pointed out. “Aleska Génesis was detained without an arrest warrant, which proves that this process is completely illegal and manipulated,” Michell mentioned.
