The Governor of Jalisco confirmed that the Federal Prosecutor's Office will attract cases related to the discovery of extermination sites in Teuchitlán, ensuring investigations are thorough and coordinated with various authorities.

Jalisco Governor, Pablo Lemus, confirmed that the Attorney General's Office will take over the case of the extermination site at the Izaguirre ranch in Teuchitlán. Lemus stated that they are committed to resolving and clarifying responsibilities in this case, involving the State Commission on Human Rights and the National Search Commission under the Ministry of the Interior.

In a statement, Lemus highlighted the importance of coordinated investigation, assuring that in Jalisco, no one is exempt from responsibilities. He affirmed that local and federal authorities are working together with the Mexican Army, the National Guard, and other institutions to clarify the events at the Izaguirre ranch.

On the other hand, President Claudia Sheinbaum has requested the Attorney General's Office to take over the cases related to the extermination sites found in Jalisco. Sheinbaum mentioned the importance of thoroughly investigating what happened in these places to establish the truth and clarify responsibilities.
