Ceci Flores and the Controversy over Her Sons

Ceci Flores, leader of the Madres Buscadoras de Sonora association, is in the midst of controversy after images emerged showing one of her sons carrying a short firearm, and another son with a high-caliber weapon. In a video circulating on social media, Flores can be heard mentioning that her children were linked to organized crime, specifically alluding to the Sinaloa Cartel.

Ceci Flores' words had an impact: "You talk to me about a criminal, but what about the other one who is innocent? But bring my son to me. I have to get out of here, and if I don't leave in 30 minutes, outside is a cartel worse than yours, and I have it. The Sinaloa Cartel is worse than yours, I have it," Flores recounts in one of the videos that have circulated.

Another aspect that has caused a stir on social media is Ceci Flores' supposed daughter-in-law, who appears in a photograph holding a high-caliber weapon. Although some claimed that it was the mother herself searching, this information was refuted by the account Libro Negro, specializing in political and social analysis, which stated that the armed woman in the image is Flores' daughter-in-law.

Despite the controversy, Ceci Flores has not confirmed whether the person shown in the photograph is truly her daughter-in-law. The activist has become the center of attention following her children's statements and actions, which, according to several social media users, would be linked to organized crime, specifically with the Sinaloa Cartel.
