"For years, we have tirelessly worked to establish measures and structures to confront this grave situation," expressed representatives of these organizations. From searching for missing persons to demanding justice and accountability, their work has been fundamental at a time when the problem of forced disappearances persists alarmingly in Mexico.
The president has been urged to recognize the work and commitment of these organizations, as well as to consider their proposals and demands in the formulation of public policies aimed at addressing this issue. With a focus on human rights and justice, concrete actions are expected to be established to address the thousands of disappearances affecting so many families in the country.
