Arturo Elías Ayub Laments Image Misuse for Fraud

Mexican businessman Arturo Elías Ayub expressed his outrage over the misuse of his image to promote scams and false advertising on social media. Through his Facebook account, he shared a screenshot showing his photograph used to promote a WhatsApp group that promised free financial advice, but in reality exposed people to potential fraud.

In the post, Elías Ayub pointed out the warning signs he identified to recognize misleading advertising, such as the fact that the image was edited and did not come from an official channel of his, as well as the name of the page disseminating the advertisement, which had no relation to him. In response, he warned his followers about the scam and urged them to report suspicious profiles to prevent others from falling for the deception.

The businessman also highlighted the falsity of the unrealistic promises present in the advertising, such as the guarantee of financial recommendations with 98% accuracy, something improbable in the investment world. This is not the first case in which Arturo Elías Ayub's image has been involved in fraudulent activities, as he had previously reported the circulation of an altered video depicting him promoting investments with exaggerated returns in a short time.

In light of these situations, the businessman has reiterated his stance of not endorsing any type of fraudulent activity and has called for awareness and reporting to prevent more people from becoming victims of these scams.
