José Luis Meza Sierra, known as "El Guero", holds a high position in the hierarchy of the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG), being part of the second line of command under the leadership of "El Mencho". According to statements by Saucedo during an interview on 'Aristegui en Vivo', this individual is responsible for directing three areas where recent narcoblockades have occurred.
"He is in the second line of command under Mencho, leads three entities where narcoblockades have erupted," Saucedo expressed regarding the position and responsibility of "El Guero" within the criminal organization. Additionally, he highlighted that he is one of the most relevant lieutenants who collaborates closely with "El Mencho" in the operations of the CJNG.
