Among the proposals of Dora Martínez Valero for the SCJN are the holding of public hearings to listen to the parties before issuing resolutions, as well as the implementation of accessible formats in different languages and for different groups to ensure access to justice. She also proposes a decentralization of the Public Defender's Office and the Judicial School to meet judicial needs in remote or vulnerable areas.
Martínez Valero has stood out for her academic background in Law and a master's degree from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, as well as her participation in specialized courses on various topics, including social networks, artificial intelligence, and bioastrology. With teaching experience in Social Sciences, Martínez Valero presents a comprehensive proposal that seeks to bring justice closer to citizens and ensure the protection of human rights from the Supreme Court.
