The Attorney General of Chiapas, Jorge Luis Llaven Abarca, revealed that in the municipality of Matías Romero, Oaxaca, Christian "N" was located, identified as the partner of Yudiel Flores, a youtuber murdered inside the prison of "El Amate" where he was serving a sentence for sexual crimes against minors. Investigations showed that Christian facilitated minors to "El Coyote Consentido", pretending to be his mother so that they could visit him in prison. "It was confirmed that she frequently visited Yudiel Flores, facilitating access to minors by posing as his mother. Christian was transferred to Chiapas and is now detained in ‘El Amate’ as a presumed responsible party for child pornography," the prosecutor stated. Additionally, it was revealed that the motive for the murder of Yudiel Flores, considered the "largest distributor of child pornography in the world", was revenge carried out by two other inmates, identified as Francisco "N" and Marco Antonio "N". It was determined that the perpetrators were in module 4, cell 3, where the charges against them will be formulated. In relation to this case, four operational commanders of the Secretariat of Public Security, who acted as custodians, are detained and facing charges for the crimes of child pornography and illegal exercise of public service. A reward of 500,000 pesos was announced for information leading to the arrest of Pascual "N", former director of "El Amate". "We will act firmly against any criminal act involving public servants," the prosecutor affirmed. Regarding the sentences imposed on Yudiel Flores, in January 2023 he was sentenced to 23 years, nine months, and 15 days in prison for human trafficking, production, and distribution of child pornography in Comitán. In November of the same year, he received a sentence of 28 years and six months for aggravated and equivalent rape against a minor victim. Finally, in February of this year, he was sentenced to 67 years and six months in prison for human trafficking in the modality of distribution of child pornography in Comitán de Domínguez, as well as a fine exceeding 269,000 pesos.
