The President of the United States warned that they have pending negotiations to adjust or end next year more or less, after meeting with the Prime Minister of Canada. On the other hand, former President Ernesto Zedillo proposed auditing key projects such as the Maya Train and the Dos Bocas refinery, which was questioned by President Claudia Sheinbaum.

Sheinbaum rejected Zedillo's proposal and questioned the comparison he made between public works and Fobaproa. Zedillo challenged Sheinbaum to name an external auditor to review Fobaproa and the projects promoted by former President López Obrador.

On another topic, Sheinbaum was questioned about her fears regarding a possible termination of the USMCA by the United States in 2026, to which she responded that Mexico is prepared for any scenario and highlighted the benefits of the treaty for the three countries.

Additionally, the topic was addressed of the musical group Los Alegres del Barranco incorporating karaoke into their performances. Sheinbaum commented on the importance of musical education and mentioned that her government does not prohibit but promotes another type of music that does not encourage violence.

On the other hand, Sheinbaum asked Congress to review the ASF report on Fobaproa and the debt arising during Zedillo's government. In relation to the fight against organized crime, the President emphasized the good coordination with the United States after a significant seizure and detention of members of the Sinaloa Cartel.

In her conference that day, Sheinbaum addressed various topics related to the current situation in Mexico and her road projects. Regarding the possibility of reviewing or eliminating the USMCA in 2026, Sheinbaum mentioned that up to now there are no indications that it will disappear.
