The PRI deputy and president of the Budget Committee, Lorena De la Garza, confirmed that she has issued the call for the next session on September 16th to advance the 2026 budget proposals. Within the political parties, they are preparing to reduce indebtedness to an amount similar to last year's 8 billion pesos, which could be presented on Monday or directly in the Budget Committee by the state's ruling party deputies. "I have just circulated the call for the Budget Committee session for next Tuesday, December 16th, at 9:30 in the morning, and along with the session call, we are circulating the drafts digitally, so that the committee members can familiarize themselves with their content and carry out the necessary analyses to be able to present their comments or reservations," said the deputy. "In response to the governor's request, understanding that he has everything under control, we are allocating zero pesos for debt... it is important to remember that the debt can be approved at any time of the year, so for now, we are ready with the drafts to be able to vote on them in the Committee, if they do not consider making a counter-proposal in the coming days, we could see it at any time in the following year," she stated. She also announced the rejection of the ISN (Tax on Activity and Turnover) and, for the moment, a "zero debt." "In the projects we are circulating, two of the things that have come up and have generated questions are the ISN and debt; we are rejecting the ISN proposal and are not considering debt," added De la Garza. Regarding the zero debt, De la Garza left the door open for MC (Citizen Movement) to send a new debt proposal.
