The deputy from the National Action Party (PAN), Raúl Torres, denounced the installation of a 'narco-terrorist communist regime' in the National Palace, which he claims sows violence and seeks to curtail rights. He stated that this would elevate the country's security level, as 86% of the national territory is in the hands of organized crime, which would not be possible with corrupt politicians involved with organized crime, as he alleges there are ties with Morena dating back from the López Obrador administration. Meanwhile, the PAN-elected migrant deputy, Raúl Torres, participated in a new summit of the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), the international far-right forum founded by groups linked to Donald Trump. 'We come with concern to talk about what is happening in Mexico and the links with organized crime,' assured the PRI representative, Tania Larios. During his presentation, the PAN deputy demanded that during the negotiations to renew the USMCA between Mexico, the United States, and Canada, a 'democratic clause' be installed that, if alleged links with organized crime by any of the signatories are proven, would lead to the agreement's dissolution. In this sense, Torres criticized the Morenista government's foreign policy and its treatment of the migrant community living in the United States. 'They cannot bear that two of us deputies come to the United States and raise our voices,' declared the legislator from the centenary party, in response to the criticisms launched by the Fourth Transformation for her trip to Washington. For this reason, she demanded the national government 'empower' the millions of Mexicans living on the other side of the border but lamented that Morena has to dedicate itself to legal and security issues due to its alleged ties with the criminal underworld instead of empowering these families. 'They treat us as if we were the migrants of the eighties or nineties and have not understood the profile of the diaspora,' she considered and anticipated that the ruling party should start thinking about how to help and empower this community, which 'in the next 30 years will benefit from student mobility, from new professionals who can be trained and receive foreign capital as long as there is security in the national territory'.

PAN and PRI deputies in the US accused the Mexican government of ties to organized crime and demanded a 'democratic clause' be included in the USMCA agreement. They stated that 86% of the country's territory is controlled by criminals due to corrupt politicians.
