Senator Luis Donaldo Colosio Riojas of Movimiento Ciudadano (MC) is consolidating his leadership at the state level, gaining public support to continue the project. Within the party, he will take the best position and respect the aspirations of all, including his partner Mariana Rodríguez. Colosio confirmed that MC is his home and he is not going anywhere. He also stated that he will not repeat his actions from 2021 and will not condition an alliance with PAN, emphasizing that his party has sufficient electoral strength to win the governorship. The senator called for respecting electoral timelines and the intentions of Mariana Rodríguez, head of AMAR in Nuevo León. According to LPO, Colosio is holding consultations with key figures in the party, such as former leader Dante Delgado, as well as with mayors and officials from Nuevo León.
