For the second time, President Claudia Sheinbaum will attend the Annual Assembly of the Chamber of the Transformation Industry (Caintra). This is the 82nd event that brings together the industrial sector of Nuevo León. Sheinbaum was also invited in 2025. According to the program shared by Caintra, activities will begin at 10:30 with the blue carpet, followed by a master lecture at 11:00. The assembly will start at 12:00 and the activities will conclude an hour later with a cocktail. All activities will take place at Cintermex. Return to Nuevo León. The last time the president visited Nuevo León was on February 7 and 8. On that occasion, she inaugurated the Technological Industrial and Services High School No. 299, in García, Nuevo León, and announced the construction of two more for the entity in 2026, in the municipalities of General Escobedo and Pesquería. This with the objective of having more high schools closer to home so that students can complete their upper secondary education. She explained that prior to the start of the Second Floor of the Fourth Transformation, a survey was conducted to find out the causes of school dropout at the upper secondary level, where it was detected that the distance from schools and travel times were one of the main causes; therefore, it was decided to start building more high schools throughout the country. The next day in the municipality of Juárez, the head of state delivered 53 houses on behalf of the Federation. The federal executive highlighted that her government has set out to build 1 million 800 houses as part of her vision of the Fourth Transformation. During the event, Governor Samuel García pointed out that this effort is fundamental for the entity.
