Governor Samuel García officially appointed Félix Arratia as the head of the Secretariat of Equality and Inclusion. García emphasized that the appointment was based on Arratia's outstanding social qualities and his vision for improving the living conditions of citizens. “I invited Félix for the exceptional abilities he has demonstrated in each of the areas he has been part of, and above all, for his unwavering commitment to our state,” the governor stated. Arratia, in turn, promised to work closely with the people, listening to them and building solutions that will positively impact the quality of life for families, especially in the municipality of Juárez. “The commitment is clear: to stay close to the people, not lose contact with those who trust us, and ensure that development reaches every corner of Nuevo León, especially Juárez, which will always be a priority,” the new secretary expressed. Félix Arratia is a lawyer and financier with postgraduate studies in tax law and public finance. He has a solid track record in public service, having worked in legal, legislative, and administrative fields. Throughout his career, he has held various responsibilities, including Secretary of the Environment and Undersecretary in the State Government. On Monday, Governor Samuel García officially announced his appointment to the new position.
