
The coordinator of the senators of Morena, Adán Augusto López Hernández, announced that he will withdraw his proposal to reform the first article of the Constitution that eliminated the 'control of conventionality' of the Constitution.
In an interview with Radio Fórmula, the Morena legislator explained that the reform will now be limited to articles 103 to 105 and 107 of the Constitution.
In statements to the station, Adán Augusto López Hernández mentioned: 'Today I announced that we are going to withdraw the proposal so that only articles 103, 104, 105, and 107 of the fundamental law are specifically included.'
