On Thursday, October 31, a video was disseminated showing three individuals beating and robbing a man driving a sports car on the Miguel Alemán Viaduct. The perpetrators were traveling on a motorcycle and managed to intercept their victim at that location, where they robbed and assaulted him.
The images show how the three subjects on the motorcycle approached the victim unexpectedly. Two of them got off the vehicle and threatened the driver of the red sports car with a weapon, hitting him in the head to force him to hand over his belongings. After struggling with the victim for a few minutes, the thieves achieved their goal and escaped on the motorcycle.
The robbery carried out on the Miguel Alemán Viaduct raised concerns in the area, where several incidents have occurred in the past month, including the murder of criminal lawyer Oralia Pérez Garduño. In the case of a robbery with firearms while traveling in a vehicle, it is recommended to report to the Public Prosecutor's Office or call 911 to report and certify injuries.
In the event of encountering a robbery situation, it is essential to remain calm, not confront the robber, seek a safe place, contact the authorities via 911, and present oneself at the Public Prosecutor's Office to file a detailed report. Additionally, it is urged to provide all relevant information to assist in the investigation of the case.
