The Chief Operating Officer of Oracle has expressed that providing opportunities for women and continuing to reduce the gender gap are key objectives for the company. In Mexico, the CEO and the General Director of Oracle are women, and 52% of their executive committee is composed of women who have stepped up to take on their roles. The company aims to create spaces for minorities that are currently underrepresented in leadership positions.
