The president of the Jucopo, Ricardo Monreal Ávila, announced that 2,378 candidates have registered for the judicial elections scheduled for June 1, 2025. The application deadline is November 24.

Ricardo Monreal Ávila, president of the Political Coordination Board (Jucopo) of the Chamber of Deputies, reported that so far 2,378 people have registered for the Judicial Power elections, which will take place on June 1, 2025. The figure comes from the Legislative Evaluation Committee, which is responsible for receiving the applications of candidates for judicial positions. This count was carried out on November 15 and most of the registrations are still in the validation process.

The deadline to submit a candidacy will expire on the next November 24. To participate, interested parties must access the microsites enabled for this purpose. Several documents are required, such as a birth certificate or a document proving Mexican nationality, a valid voter ID, a Bachelor's degree in Law, a professional license, study certificates, proof of residence in Mexico, five letters of recommendation, and a three-page essay justifying the interest in the position.
