
The real estate developer Thor Urbana announced the construction of TU Park Apodaca I, an industrial park that will cover 450,000 square feet of gross leasable area. The investment amount for this project was not revealed. The park will consist of three warehouses, which will be delivered progressively, with completion estimated to occur between the second and fourth quarters of 2025.
