Villacero is set to build an industrial development for light industry in Apodaca's Industrial Park. The project will span over 263,000 square meters, enhancing the municipality's economic growth.


Villacero Announces New Industrial Development in Apodaca

The company Villacero plans to build an industrial development for light industry uses within the Villacero Industrial Park in Apodaca. This project aims to offer spaces to various and future occupants of the infrastructure. According to the document presented to the federal environmental authority, once the industrial area is built, it is expected to define the future occupants in the short or medium term through the marketing process.

The construction called Plant TH 2 Industrial Warehouse in Apodaca will occupy a total area of 263,952 square meters. Of this area, 92,186 square meters will be designated for construction, 164,765 square meters will be free area, 6,330 square meters will be green area, and there will be 4,100 square meters allocated for parking. Villacero views this project as an investment in vital real estate infrastructure for Apodaca to continue developing.

The chosen location for the project is in an area with established companies of various sizes and activities, as well as ongoing projects. The company highlights the importance of this area in the industrial flow of the region, integrated into the metropolitan area. It assures that the project area has the feasibility of connection to basic services such as drinking water, sanitary drainage, electrical energy, and telecommunications.

Regarding the supply of electrical energy, it is mentioned that it will be provided by the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE), and the demand will depend on the level of occupancy of the infrastructure. It is estimated that the demanded load will be 146,000 watts when the warehouse is fully occupied, which will require a substation. Concerning natural gas, there will be a general internal intake, and the service will be provided by local companies.

The project for the industrial warehouse, whose investment amount has not been disclosed, will last for 12 months. Villacero, through its Integrated Projects business unit, relies on certified suppliers to create synergies in service of the project and the client.
