Cipriano Vázquez Luna will continue as the Director of Public Safety in Acapulco. Vázquez Luna led the corporation during the previous period and his stay in office was confirmed after the reelection of Mayor José Luis Urióstegui Salgado.
The Director of Public Safety thanked for the trust placed in him and assured that he will continue working to guarantee the tranquility of the inhabitants of Acapulco. Vázquez Luna committed to strengthening security strategies in collaboration with the authorities and civil society.
"It is an honor for me to continue at the head of the Municipal Directorate of Public Safety. I will continue dedicating my efforts to improving the security conditions in our beloved Acapulco," said Vázquez Luna.
