In Culiacán, Sinaloa, operations have resulted in the arrest of Jesús “N”, a suspected member of the Sinaloa Cartel, and significant drug seizures as part of the government's security strategy.

Three suspected criminals died and another was injured in an operation in which five weapons were confiscated in total: three long guns and two handguns. In another relevant incident, Jesús "N", nicknamed "Chuy" and an alleged member of the Sinaloa Cartel, was arrested in Culiacán, Sinaloa. This individual is wanted by U.S. authorities for conspiracy, cocaine trafficking, money laundering, and organized crime association.

In a joint action led by various security institutions, Jesús "N", alias "Chuy", from the Sinaloa Cartel, was detained in Culiacán, Sinaloa. The individual has an arrest warrant for his alleged involvement in serious crimes.

The "Northern Border Operation", an initiative between Mexico and the United States to strengthen security since February 5, has resulted in the arrest of 2,996 people and the seizure of 2,619 weapons. Furthermore, operations continue under this initiative in the northern region of the country.

In an incident in Santiago Tangamandapio, Michoacán, Mexican soldiers were attacked with firearms, resulting in the deaths of three attackers and the seizure of four long guns, magazines, and cartridges. In Loreto, Baja California Sur, Navy personnel were also attacked.

Omar García Harfuch, head of the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection, reported on armed confrontations in several states of the country and the arrest of an alleged member of the Sinaloa Cartel. These actions are part of the federal government strategy in the fight against criminal groups, in collaboration with the armed forces and the Security Cabinet.

To date, more than 416,000 cartridges and 30.5 tons of drugs have been seized, including 163.45 kilograms of fentanyl. Sinaloa and Baja California are some of the entities with notable achievements, where weapons, grenades have been seized, and clandestine laboratories have been dismantled.

Authorities highlight the seizure and dismantling of methamphetamine production areas in Cosalá, Sinaloa, with an estimated economic impact of 33 million pesos for criminal organizations.
