The prosecutor of Guanajuato, Gerardo Vázquez Alatriste, has pointed out the possibility of changes in different positions within the prosecutor's office, emphasizing a humanistic vision in his management. He underlined the need for renewal in an institution that seeks different results, stating that he will soon present his work project detailing these changes and the security strategy during his administration.
At a recent event, accompanied by state and federal authorities, Vázquez Alatriste presented his first government report after assuming office a few weeks ago. He highlighted his interest in collaborating closely with the three levels of government and promptly implementing changes in the prosecutor's office.
During his visit, the prosecutor delivered a copy of his report to the president of the Judicial Power of the State of Guanajuato and also to Governor Libia García. The latter praised the work of the prosecutor and all the staff dedicated to pursuing justice with professionalism and empathy. The report will be reviewed and questioned by a commission on March 11, after being submitted to the Congress and the Government Palace.
