Images spread on social media show practices that could constitute serious health risks. This finding adds to a case that has already accumulated eight deaths and keeps health and judicial authorities under investigation. Irregular handling revealed. The new angle emerged from a publication by journalist Solangel Ochoa, who documented —with images from Google Maps dated January 2026— the alleged handling of vitamin serums outside a clinic. The material shows a serum bag placed on a pickup truck, exposed to the environment, without visible sanitary controls. The evidence suggests that these solutions were not stored under sterile conditions or strict medical protocols. Authorities stated that no new cases have been detected since the establishment was closed. In parallel, the state Prosecutor's Office is investigating the case as negligent homicide due to alleged malpractice. According to the investigation, the implicated doctor was responsible for prescribing, preparing, and administering the serums.
