Leonardo Schlesinger, the company's general director, highlighted that the new hotel with 140 rooms is designed to meet the needs of travelers seeking the perfect blend of leisure and business.

With a presence in more than 65 cities and 30 states in Mexico, the company has a notable share in the hotel market. In Monterrey, they operate five City Express by Marriott hotels and three City Express Plus hotels, thus consolidating their presence in the region.
