Recently, Doorvel was awarded as one of the best "Proptech of the Year" in Latin America during the GRI Awards Mexico 2024. The company was recognized for its outstanding teamwork and its technological impact on the real estate sector, as well as for its positive innovation in values such as the environment, social issues, and corporate governance (ESG).

In the context of the GRI Awards Mexico 2024, which aims to recognize the leaders of the real estate market who stand out for their excellence, Doorvel achieved second place, only behind the Colombian company Neivor. The event also recognized iconic projects in construction, architecture, design, and technological solutions in the real estate sector.

The awards ceremony marked the conclusion of the GRI Finance & Investments Mexico Summit, an event that brought together leaders from the Latin American market to analyze financing and investment opportunities in the sector.

Doorvel, a Proptech based in Monterrey, indicated that it expects to finish the year with a 35% operation and market share in the country's real estate sector. Its offerings are available on its platform, highlighting entities from Nuevo León (NL), Baja California, Quintana Roo, Querétaro, Bajío, Jalisco, Mexico City, and the State of Mexico.

Doorvel's executives estimated that by 2025, one of their strategies will be to seek national and international co-investments in technological innovation and artificial intelligence, with the goal of consolidating themselves as a reference in the real estate sector. "Next year will be strategic for operations. The generation of new synergies to integrate new players in the real estate sector will create greater value and profitability. In the first phase, we will attract investments that operate in New York and Spain," mentioned the executives.
