This collaboration marks a turning point for urban music in Mexico, as the project seeks to establish its own identity within the genre, combining the tradition of corridos with the power of hip hop. According to Morales, the creation of this single was the result of an agile and organic process: «We come from corridos and he from rap, but people are surprised by these unexpected unions». Rapper Millonario, for his part, emphasized that for him this collaboration is an exercise in creative freedom. He explained that he is currently selective about accepting invitations, prioritizing the quality of the composition: «If I don't like the song, I don't do it». The musicians also discussed the evolution of rap in Mexico, mentioning influential artists such as Control Machete and Cártel de Santa, as well as the influence of 2000s American hip hop.
