In Nuevo León, law enforcement forces will increase from 4,000 to 7,000 personnel, which will allow for all operational and rotating detachments, as expressed by Samuel García. The governor conducted an inspection of the construction of the new headquarters for the New Civil Force in Monterrey, highlighting that these facilities will strengthen security in the metropolitan area.

"In this headquarters, there will be the commissioner's office and the new C5," mentioned the state executive. "The C5 will migrate to this new building along with all divisions of the new Civil Force, including government offices related to public security, such as the Coordination Table, the Army, and the National Guard, in collaboration with the mayors."

It is expected that all police functions of Nuevo León will be coordinated from the new headquarters, emphasizing the importance of combining intelligence and force to ensure the safety of the state. In addition to the increase in personnel, the safeguarding of vehicles such as the Black Mambas and helicopters is planned to reinforce state protection.

The New Civil Force headquarters will have 20 levels designated for administrative offices, communication areas, and a tactical building with seven levels, including parking and a helipad. It will also feature a front square and a plaza to accommodate up to 1,200 people, seeking a comprehensive improvement in operational and administrative capabilities.

The project is under construction, with an estimated completion date of May 2026. During the inspection of the works, the Secretary of Security of Monterrey, Eduardo Sánchez Quiroz, was also present, reaffirming the commitment to security in the region.
